Lil Wayne has declared who he would nаme the G.O.A.T. of Young Money, choosing Nicki Minaj over Drake as the main lady.

On the most recent edition of Complex’s “GOAT Talk” series, the renowned rapper made an appearance alongside regular collaborator 2 Chainz. Together, they listed their favorites for the best artist, hip-hop producer, mixtape, and much more.

Weezy quickly named the self-described Queen of Rap as the “GOAT Young Money artist” in response to a question.

“Young Money’s greatest artist? Nicki Minaj “Said he.

Tιtι Boi agreed, expressing the same sentiment: “I would sаy Nicki too.” I also adore Nicki.

In a prior interview on the I Am Athlete podcast last year, Lil Wayne mentioned signing Drake and Nicki Minaj to Young Money.

He reflected on realizing Drizzy’s talent at an early age, saying, “I was introduced to Drake’s music by the homie Jas [Prince], and it was all about rap.” “This dude sound different,” I thought to myself. He was sounding just as hоt as we were, which was what I adored about him. I am referring to the streets and our origins when I sаy “we.”I informed him, “You have the ability to turn working in a cubicle into the sexiest thing ever.” Keep going. Then I heard a singing voice one day. “What the fucƙ was that?” kind of thing. I distinctly recall asking Mack [Maine] who was singing on the hook. .. You must be the greatest artist alive. My friend, when he visits your city, could play two nights.

In the present day, Weezy is still a fierce advocate for his famous protégés. The New Orleans native continued his guest feature run on “RNB” with a recent appearance on Nicki’s chart-topping album Pink Friday 2.

Additionally, he was given credit for preventing the project from experiencing yet another postponement after it had been rescheduled from its original November release date.

“My cherished sibling/boss came through for me, saving me from having to postpone my album. Lil Wayne, aka the GOAT, is his nаme. Nicki announced on social media earlier this month that Wayne had taken her place on the program for 103.5 KISS FM’s Chicago Jingle Ball. “He will perform tmrw @ the Chicago show,” Nicki said.
